Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve fluidity by mixing respectively specific amounts of refractory aggregate, refractory fine powder, alumina cement, sodium polyphosphate, a compound salt of alumina cement and CaCl2 and sodium naphthalenesulfonate.
CONSTITUTION: 60-80wt.% refractory aggregate having adjusted granular size is mixed with 30-36wt.% refractory fine powder such as silica fine powder having ≤74μm granular diameter, 10-20wt.% alumina cement, and three materials of 0.1-0.5wt.% sodium polyphosphate, 0.1-1.0wt.% of a compound salt composed of alumina cement and CaCl2 and 0.01-0.1wt.% sodium naphthalenesulfonate as binders to afford the aimed castable refractory for injection building having excellent dry pressure-transferring property and fluidity.
