Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a casting mold capable of forming an undercut part between sleeves even in a case of a casting mold with narrow space between shafts, eliminating the failures such as insufficient hardness, the sticker, and the sand inclusion in filling the sand when the casting mold is manufactured, and capable of producing the high precision casting.
CONSTITUTION: A casting mold 10 consists of a plurality of recessed parts 5 where cavities formed on a mold body 1 are continuous, a placed core fitting hole part 7 is formed between adjacent recessed parts 5, a placed core 2 is provided on the placed core fitting hole part 7, and the placed core is opposite to the cavity 4.
