PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst combustion device which has a catalyst combustion plate on the front side of a vaporization chamber, can seal a heat expanding catalyst combustion plate without generating a clearance, and can be attached to a main body while hardly disturbing heat expansion.
SOLUTION: An opening 9 on a front side of a housing (main body) 10 composing a vaporization chamber 12 is composed of a stepped frame part 30. A support surface 31 is formed or supporting a back surface 20b of a catalyst combustion plate 20 along an edge 28. A heat expanding 52 is arranged between the back surface 20b and the support surface 31. The heat expanding gasket 52, being expanded by exposure to high temperature due to combustion test, can prevent occurrence of clearance between the catalyst combustion plate 20 and the support surface 31. Since the heat expanding gasket 52 is arranged along the expanding/contracting surface of the catalyst combustion plate 20, the catalyst combustion plate 20 expands and contracts while keeping sealability hardly causing thermal stress. It is thus possible to provide a catalyst combustion device of a large output causing little leakage of the unturned component and taking advantages catalyst combustion.
