The catalyst warming control device for worming the catalytic device connected with an exhaust pipe of the internal combustion engine, comprises: a fuel amount increasing means in warming the catalyst, for increasing an amount of fuel injected to the internal combustion engine; and an external load increasing means adding load of accessories to the internal combustion engine. Since increase in torque generated from the internal combustion engine along with increase in fuel amount by the fuel amount increasing means is absorbed by the load added by the external load increasing means, the warming of the catalyst is promoted without degrading the combustion state of the internal combustion engine.
