Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball catching tool for baseball and softball, which boosts a pitcher's power of concentration and which reduces ball missing mistakes when he/she catches a ball.SOLUTION: In a ball catching tool, a ball receiving surface comprises two layers, that is, first and second ball receiving surfaces 2 and 3. A clearance 5 serving as an air space is formed between the first and second ball receiving surfaces. This enables generation of a pleasant sound when the ball is caught.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
