A cathode-ray tube body 2, and a cooling liquid holder (coupler 5) with charged cooling liquid cooling panel 22, in front of the cathode-ray tube body in the internal space are provided, and base parts of which the distance from the center axis fits more accurate position than the distance from peripheral parts is mounted on two places (XC1, XC2) in one of a long side and a short side of the front panel 22 and one place (Yc: not shown) in the other side. In assembling, on the basis of fitting each position of the outer surface parts (XP, XC1, etc.), of which a distance from the center axis is already known, steps of maintaining at least one of the cathode-ray tube body 2 and coupler 5, fitting the center axis based on a position fitting basis, while facing the cathode-ray body 2 and a coupler 5 and fixing the cathode-ray tube body 2 and coupler 5 after facing them are included.
