PURPOSE: To provide a memory circuit and a video signal switching circuit selecting either of the output video signal of a demodulation circuit or the output video signal of the memory circuit so as to store TV picture based on the direction from a center or the like and to make the display of it on a viewer's TV receiver.
CONSTITUTION: When a request storing TV picture comes from the center, a communication command is sent through the MODEM in the center to a terminal equipment 25 and sent through a MODEM circuit 21 to a control circuit 22. The circuit 22 stops the update of the video signal for a memory circuit 20 and outputs the video signal being taken as still picture. At the same time, by switching a video signal switching circuit 19 to a video signal (b) passing the circuit 20, the still picture stored from the output circuit 18 is outputted. When a CPU transmits and displays the specific picture to a specific terminal equipment 25, the screen is directed from the CPU to a still picture transmitter 4 and sent to the equipment 25 with one RF channel.
