PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel capable of being directly and easily fixed to a ceiling surface and further capable of restricting occurrence of dew condensation between it and a ceiling surface at the time of its use and provide its fixing method.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a ceiling panel 100 that is fixed to cover at least a part of a ceiling surface cf. The ceiling panel 100 comprises a ceiling panel main body 1 and a fixture 40. The ceiling panel main body 1 comprises at least a mat member 10 formed with a flow passage where either a heating medium or a cooling medium flows, a latent heat storage member 20 for storing heat of the heating medium or storing heat of the cooling medium by being contacted with the mat member 10, and a panel member 30 formed with a storing recess 31 for storing the mat member 10 and the latent heat storage member 20 at its rear surface and having a decorative surface formed on its front surface. The fixture has a structure to fix the ceiling panel main body 1 to the ceiling surface cf at both sides of the ceiling panel main body 1 so as to form a space S between the rear surface of the ceiling panel main body 1 and the ceiling surface cf under a state in which the ceiling panel main body 1 is fixed to the ceiling surface cf.
