Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell image acquisition apparatus, a method, and a program in which, in capturing an image of a cell colony, an attention region where high-magnification imaging is performed in a colony region is appropriately limited corresponding to a shape change of the colony region, and the quantity of data to be processed and stored is reduced.SOLUTION: A cell image acquisition apparatus comprises: a maturity information acquisition part 22 which acquires information related to the maturity of a cell to be cultured; a colony region specifying part 21 which acquires a cell image created by capturing the image of a cell at a first magnification and specifies a colony region of the cell in the cell image; an attention region determining part 23 which determines an attention region colony region of the cell based on information related to the maturity; and a high magnification image acquisition part 24 which acquires a high-magnification captured image obtained by capturing the image of the attention region at a second magnification higher than the first magnification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
