To provide a cancer cell-separating apparatus which can recover other cells and ingredients separated from the cancer cells and can separate the cancer cells from the other cells in high accuracy in a state little damaging the cells.
The cancer cell-separating apparatus 100 includes: a main passage 110 into which a cell suspension 26 is introduced; and the first sub-passage 111 branched from the first branched portion disposed in the main passage 110 and joined to the main passage 110 at the first joining portion 131 disposed at a place separated from the first branched portion of the main passage 110 at a prescribed distance; wherein an antibody-immobilized region 12 having immobilized antibodies specifically binding to cancer cells is provided on the first sub-passage 111 side in the inner wall surface of the main passage 110 and on the side separated from the main passage 110 in the inner wall surface of the first sub-passage.
