To provide a microarray for nucleic acid transfection, capable of transfecting a nucleic acid into a cell and expressing it therein, by only seeding and culturing the cell thereon, without adding a nucleic acid transfection reagent, nor an additive, after adding the nucleic acid to a plate, etc.
This microarray for the nucleic acid transfection is prepared by mounting athelocollagen, a gene transfection agent, and the nucleic acid on the plate, etc. The nucleic acid is transfected into the cell by seeding the cell for nucleic acid transfection to the microarray and culturing the cell thereon, without preparing a virus vector nor a mixture of the nucleic acid and the nucleic acid transfection agent after culturing the cell, nor adding the nucleic acid transfection agent nor the additive.
