Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cellular reflection sheet which has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, shrinkage resistance, etc., and has excellent weatherability including retroreflective performance holdability even when used outdoors for a long period.
CONSTITUTION: This cellular reflection film is formed by using a composite integrated with at least three layers; a thermoplastic bead supporting layer 2 in which glass beads 6 are embeded and supported and which constitutes continuous walls, a reinforcing layer 4 which exists on the side of the bead supporting layer 2 opposite to the surface for supporting the glass beads 6 and is formed out of a crosslinked resin and a bonding layer 3 which exists between both layers and is formed out of a half crosslinked resin bonding both layers.
