Abstract:
To provide a cellulose acetate film having excellent tear strength and flexural strength, excellent optical properties, and good long term storage stability, an optical film, a polarizing plate, an optical compensation film, and a liquid crystal display which are obtained by using the cellulose acetate film.
In a cellulose acylate film formed by a solution casting method, a casting process for casting a cellulose acylate composition containing the cellulose acylate, a monomer (A) having a polymerizable group, a photopolymerization initiator (L), and a spectral sensitizer (S) expressed by formula (S-1) and an ultraviolet ray irradiation process are included.
