This manufacturing method of a cellulose-based resin film uses a melt film melt-making process which discharges a molten resin in the form of a sheet by an extruder to the surface of a traveling or rotating cooling support from a die 12 and setting the molten resin by cooling. At the contact part of the die coming into contact with the molten resin, the die 12 has surface roughness of 0.3 m or less contact angle of 50 or more, and surface energy of 60 mN/m or less. The molten resin is discharged from this die 12.
