Abstract:
To provide a method for sintering a blank in an atmosphere having, generally, at least partial pressure so as to adjust the depth of a binder concentration zone as a method for generating a product having further favorable characteristics (and product itself), (and attained product).
There are provided a cemented carbide tool 20 and a method for forming the same in which a base substance 30 having the non-layered binder concentration zone having a substantially uniform thickness extending inwardly toward a bulk region as sintered is formed by being sintered in the atmosphere having at least the partial pressure, temporarily nitrogen partial pressure to be coated.
