Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cement strongly a thick film of inorganic odxides (ceramics) with substrates having properties such as electric conductivity, semiconductivity, or insulation without deterioration of the functions of either of them.
CONSTITUTION: The starting materials for a cementing layer selected from a group consisting of organometallic compounds and metallic salts are converted into an inorganic oxide layer by means of the sol-gel method.
