Abstract:
PURPOSE: To permit a center board to be easily pulled up in traveling and permit the adjustment of the projection quantity from the ship bottom to be easily carried out.
CONSTITUTION: A center board installation structure is equipped with a center board case 5 opened on a ship bottom, partitioned by a watertight structure from an inboard compartment, center board 4 supported by a horizontal pivotal shaft 40 in the center board case 5, and a center board revolving means 8 arranged in the inboard compartment, and the center board 4 is constituted so as to be revolution-shiftable between the state where the whole is accommodated in the center board case 5 and the state projecting to the ship bottom. Further, the pivotal shaft 40 extends to the inboard compartment, penetrating in a watertight structure through the center board case 5 and is connected to the revolving driving means 8 in the inboard compartment.
