This centralized control device controls the operating conditions of a plurality of show cases SC or the like together, and it comprises terminal side control devices, which are provided in each show case or the like that is set at a store, and a main control device 3 which transmits and receives data with each terminal side control device, and which collects the data on the operating conditions of each show case or the like from each terminal side control device. The terminal side control device gives out an alarm, when an abnormality has occurred to the show case SC or the like. It also transmits the data on the alarm to the main control device 3. The main control device 3 directs the terminal side control device that is giving out the alarm to stop the alarm on the basis of a predetermined input operation. The terminal side control device stops the alarm, when it receives the directions to stop.
