PURPOSE: To obtain centrifugal molding method and device for PC concrete panel realizing the mass production of PC concrete panels superior in compression strength without the occurrence of a laitance layer though a centrifugal molding method is used.

CONSTITUTION: On the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical centrifugal mold 1, a plurality of partition walls 2 are erected in parallel to an axial direction. The partition wall 2 is provided with a laitance discharge groove 3 having an opening 4 on the top surface of the partition wall 2. After the openings 4 of the laitance discharge grooves 3 are closed, a concrete is injected into between the partition walls 2. The concrete is centrifugally molded by rotating the cylindrical centrifugal mold 1. During or after the centrifugal molding, the openings 4 of the laitance discharge grooves 3 are opened. In this manner, a laitance generated on the inner peripheral surface of a centrifugally molded PC concrete panel 5 is run off outside through the laitance discharge grooves 3.
