To provide centrifugation method of biochemical samples which can interact with centrifugation protocol, while easily controlling between known centrifugal protocol and new protocol.

The method includes: a process to prepare data table of two or more protocol records including the first discriminator for identifying the biochemical sample, the second discriminator for designating identification method, the first parameter specifying physical characteristics of the sample, the second parameter designating hardware used for centrifugation of the sample, and the third parameter designating operation program for centrifugation of the sample; a storage process for storing the two or more protocol records to store information on the protocol records as a protocol record in the database; an identification process to identify any protocol record among the two or more ones; and a delivery process for operating process of centrifugal machine by the identified protocol record to access the database for retrieval of the operation program in the identified protocol record and then deliver the retrieved operation program to the centrifugal machine.
