To provide a ceramic green sheet and its manufacturing method having excellent cutting characteristics, which are possible to ensure them a high yield, because even when a laminated contact bonding material formed by laminating and contact bonding is cut by so-called force-cutting, a cutting method to shear off a small chip element, its breaking and lack, or bias cutting hardly occurs.
A composition for the ceramic green sheet comprises a ceramic powder, a bonding agent resin, a plasticizer added in an amount one than a saturated amount to the resin, and a solvent. As the ceramic powder is used at least one selected from the group consisting of alumina, barium titanate, ferrite, lead titanate zirconate, and zinc oxide. As the bonding agent resin is used at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyvinyl butyral resin, a polyvinyl acetate resin, a polyvinyl alcohol resin, an acrylic resin, and a urethane resin. As the plasticizer is used at least one selected from the group consisting of a phthalate ester, a phosphate ester, a fatty ester and a glycol derivative.
