Abstract:
To realize compact size of a ceramic heater by using a solder which is hard to give migration at high temperature when soldering the connecting terminal with the connecting electrode of the ceramic heater to supply power to the ceramic heater.
In this device, a solder, which joins ceramic sinter and a connecting terminal constituting a ceramic heater, contains 5-25% of indium, 15-35% of gold and 40-80% of copper respectively. By using this composition, the solder the connecting part of the ceramic heater does not generate migration at high temperature and so it enables to make compact size of the ceramic heater and gas sensor.
