Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the sheet defect such as pinhole, to give homogeneity and smoothness in the case of an extremely thin green sheet and to extremely reduce the generation rate of short circuit defect in the case of a laminated ceramic condenser by incorporating one or more kinds of acetylene alcohol, acetylene glycol and acetylene glycol.alkylene oxide adduct. CONSTITUTION: An organic additive (e.g. maleic acid based resin as a resin, a nonionic surfactant or the like as a dispersing agent) and solvent (e.g. Cellusolve) are added into a ceramic raw material powder (e.g. barium titanate) used for the molding of the thin film ceramic green sheet and wetly mixed, and 2-4 pts.wt. at least one kind of acetylene alcohol (e.g. dimethyl propargyl alcohol) having one triple bond in the molecule, acetylene glycol (e.g. dimethyl hexine diol) and the alkylene oxide adduct to acetylene glycol is added into 100 pts.wt. wetly mixed material.
