Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a composite molded product which is safe even for resistless babies by a method wherein a joining part of a composition molded part which contains a liquid paraffin and has styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene copolymer as main components to polypropylene resin molded product is integrated melting.
CONSTITUTION: A styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene copolymer(S-EP-S) is a block copolymeric elastomer composed of an ethylene unit and a propylene unit which are randomly bonded to a styrene unit polymer. The elastomer composition contains 51-99wt.% of S-EP-S and 1-49wt.% of polypropylene as elastomer component, and contains 01-150 pts.wt. of a liquid paraffin to 100 pts.wt. of the elastomer component. As an example for a cover of a beverage container, a molded part 10 formed of the elastomer composition and a molded part 11 consisting of polypropylene resin are integrated by melting both at a joining part 12 of both without via other resins such as adehesives or the like.
