Abstract:
To provide a ceramic coating supply method capable of preventing streaks from being formed on a ceramic green sheet and enhancing the planarity thereof, a manufacturing method of a laminated ceramic electronic component, and a ceramic coating supply apparatus.
The ceramic coating supply method includes; a process for filtering the ceramic coating 16 by a first filter 24; a process for filtering the ceramic coating 16 filtered by the first filter 24 by a second filter 26 having a larger mean bore diameter than that of the first filter 24, and being less missing of filter constituents than the first filter 24.
