To provide a ceramic sheet product capable of enhancing lamination property by separating a binder layer on a lower stage, and minimizing pore generation in ceramic powder caused by binder removal after calcination, and to provide a method for producing the ceramic sheet product.
This ceramic sheet product has a constitution including a binder layer composed of a binder resin, and a ceramic green sheet formed on the binder layer, and thereby, since a polymer binder content in ceramic slurry is minimized, dispersibility is greatly improved, while a viscosity is lowered, and a ceramic powder fraction can be heightened greatly. Since the porosity is low after calcination by such a high green density, a volume shrinkage rate becomes low and a firing density becomes high.
