Abstract:
To provide a compound having excellent ultraviolet absorbing power and hardly bleeding out; and to provide a resin composition and a film containing the same.
The compound is represented by, for example, formula (3), wherein Ar3 is a di- to deca-valent 5- to 20-membered aromatic residue, which may contain a heteroatom, and may contain a substituent; a ring bonded to Ar3 may have a double bond at any position; Ra3 and Ra3' are a 1-20C divalent hydrocarbon group; Rb3 and Rb3' are a 1-20C monovalent hydrocarbon group; and n3 and n3' are an integer of 1 to 4.
