Abstract:

To provide a corrosion resistant member capable of reducing a degassing amount, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.

When raw material powder is thermal-sprayed to a base material, a combination of an acceleration energy x (g/min/mm2) and a thermal energy y (kJ/kg) of the ceramic raw material powder is adjusted so as to be in a predetermined region in an x-y plane. As a result. there can be obtained the corrosion resistant member having a ceramic film which has a ratio of Vickers hardness thereof to that of a sintered body of the raw material of 0.52 or more, a relative density of 90 to 97%, a surface roughness Ra of 3.0 to 7.0 μm, and a degassing amount of 1,000 ppb/cm3 or less.
