Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve wear resistance of a block and its transmitting ability of driving power by bendably connecting two or more offset ring plates by pins and forming an end face of this block into a flat surface of specific angle.
CONSTITUTION: Two or more offset ring plates 10, formed by each pair of right and left ring plates, are bendably connected by two or more pins 20. A block 30 is connected to both ends of these pins 20. This block 30 forms its end face to a plane of tilt angle equal to a wall surface 2 of a V-pulley 1. Thus, the block is enlarged enabling transmitting ability of driving power to be improved, while the block can be formed by a material excellent in wear resistance.
