A chair assembly kit comprises: a back receiving portion having a back member and a back receiving back member integrally and having an insertion hole between the back member and the back receiving back member; a seat portion having a seat member and a seat back member integrally; a connecting shaft protruding from the back end of the seat portion; a connecting portion inserting the connecting shaft into the insertion hole thereby to connect the back receiving portion and the seat portion; and legs.
