A base 25 rotated coaxially with the work W is provided with a cut chip 32 for cutting the end surface of the work W, inscribed rollers 40 contacted with the inner surface of the work W, and a circumscribed roller 35 contacted with the outer surface of the work W. The work W is supported by the inscribed rollers 40 from the inside, and a chamfer section Wa is rolled on the outer surface of the work W by the circumscribed roller 35. The two inscribed rollers 40 are arranged symmetrically relative to a tool rotary axis line, and one of the inscribed rollers 40 is arranged at the same position in the circumferential direction relative to the circumscribed roller 35. The two inscribed rollers 40 are positionally adjusted inside and outside the base 25 by an adjusting member 41.
