Abstract:
To provide a channel control device, a channel control method, and a channel control system for efficiently controlling task processing in consideration of a target task in a financial institution, and channel and system characteristics.SOLUTION: In a channel control device 100, a storage device 101 stores information on a priority degree and an execution system for each task in a financial institution, and information on a priority degree for each type of channel that is a task request source. A computing unit 104 receives a task processing request from each of multiple channels, identifies the priority degree and the execution system regarding each task, identifies the priority degree of each channel, and performs distribution control for the processing request from each channel based on the priority degree regarding each identified task, basic characteristics of each execution system, whether or not each execution system is in charge of multiple tasks, and the priority degree of each channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
