Abstract:
To provide a marking method for farm products, which enables the farm products to be marked in a simple and easy way and which can contribute to improvement in tracking technology for protecting the farm products against camouflage, and the marked farm products.SOLUTION: A marking method for farm products includes the steps: preparing coating liquid including a plurality of sorts of inorganic elements existing at a specified relative ratio; coating the farm products with the coating liquid; and detecting a relative ratio of abundance of the plurality of sorts of inorganic elements from the farm products. The postharvest farm products are coated with the plurality of sorts of inorganic elements existing at the specified relative ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: None
