PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an arrangement of characters inputted by handwriting and make them lock beautiful and easy to read.
SOLUTION: An input device 1 inputs hand-written characters as in the case of strokes. A character segmenting device 2 uses character segmenting technology, and segments each character from sets of strokes inputted through the input device. A character display position adjustment device 3 adjusts a display position in writing direction of each character segmented by the character segmenting device, and determines the display position of the character. A display device displays the character segmented by the character segmenting device 2 at the display position determined by the character display position adjustment device 3.
