Abstract:
To provide a carbonaceous material inner package porous ore containing carbon at a level capable of complete reduction of iron ore, and achieve short time reduction of a carbonaceous material inner package ore.SOLUTION: By heat treating a carbonaceous material inner package ore 10 obtained by a manufacturing method of the carbonaceous material inner package ore, of which carbon 12 is deposited, in an oxygen-containing atmosphere, the carbon 12 deposited on a surface previously reacts with oxygen and generates heat. The heat is transferred to inside of the ore and oxidation of the carbon 12 filled in a pore is accelerated. Endotherm of QkJ is self compensated by heat generated by burning using carbon contained in the carbonaceous material inner package ore (QkJ). Finally, although carbon 12 or iron oxide 13 remains locally, ore mainly containing metal iron is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
