To perform more flexible charging management by enabling efficient operation of a charger.SOLUTION: A charging management system (100) comprises: a charging residual amount acquisition unit (31, 3) for acquiring a charging residual amount from a charging target (1); a charging schedule creation unit (36, 3) for creating a charging schedule on the basis of the charging residual amount acquired by the charging residual amount acquisition unit and a characteristic of the charging target connected to the charger (2); and a charging management unit (53, 5) for controlling ON/OFF of electrification from the charger to the charging target on the basis of the charging schedule created by the charging schedule creation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
