Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small-sized portable analyzer not generating the deterioration of measuring accuracy by mixing a sent sample soln. and a reagent soln. to react them and analyzing a dissolved chemical component in the sample soln. from a mixed reaction soln. and processing the signal thereof.
SOLUTION: A sample soln. sampled by a sampling tube 14 and filtered by a filter 13 to remove a solid and a contaminant is sent to a mixing reaction part 11 having a film heater 8 provided to the bottom part thereof by a liquid sending part 2 through a fluid connector 12 and mixed with the reagent soln. from the liquid sending part. An irradiation light source 34 irradiates the sample soln. developed in color in the reaction part 11 with light with a definite wavelength and the transmitted light thereof is detected by a photodetector 33 through an optical fiber 32. A control signal processing part 5 controls liquid sending part 2, the heater 8, the light source 34 and the detector 33 and detects the concn. of a component from the detected intensity of transmitted light. An operation switch 7 designates the start and stop of measurement and a display device 6 displays a measuring state and a measurement result. These parts and a battery 4 being an operation energy source are integrally collected so as to become a portable size and wt.
