To provide a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin which is excellent in continuous productivity in molding work, and can achieve both workability and unevenness prevention properties of a molding.SOLUTION: In a chlorinated vinyl chloride-based resin, an initiation temperature (L) and a finishing temperature (H) of an endothermic peak satisfy the following expression (1) in endothermic peak measurement with a differential scan calorimeter (DSC).
