To provide a chlorofluorocarbon recovering machine capable of performing the efficiency recovering work of the chlorofluorocarbon even in summer time by controlling the recovery flow rate of the chlorofluorocarbon according to the ambient temperature.
The recovery quantity (m) of the chlorofluorocarbon to be recovered from a refrigerating machine 1 is differentiated by a differentiating circuit 6 to obtain the process value Pv, and a set value Sv is obtained by a set value generation circuit 9 based on the ambient temperature θ detected by a temperature detector 8. The PI operation is performed to the difference between the process value Pv and the set value Sv by a chlorofluorocarbon flow rate control part 7 to obtain the operation quantity (n). The operation quantity (n) is transmitted to an operation part 5 as the protective operation quantity nL by a limiter 10, and the recovery flow rate of the chlorofluorocarbon is regulated by controlling a control valve 3.
