An insertion hole 2 for inserting an anchor member 5 is formed in the core part of a chuck 1 for all screws, a knurling part 3 is formed in its outer peripheral surface and, further, a cover main body 4 formed to be a cam is integrally formed in its inner side face. In the inner surface part of this cover main body 4, a cam machining part is formed in the inner side face of the chuck 1 for all screws, and two stop members are journalled therein around a rotary axis. Thus, since the stop members are rotated left and right by about 45°, the stop members are stopped in the chuck 1 for all screws and detached. Thus, by the rotation of the chuck 1 for all screws, the anchor member 5 is safely and surely fixed in the spindle 7 of an anchor executing tool, and its detaching is facilitated.
