A frame 2 and a handle 3 are placed above and behind a base 1 and pivotally fixed in a rotatable state by a pivot 4 to provide a stapler part similar to a conventional one. Below the stapler part, the base 1 fitted with punching edges 7, and a punch base 12 provided with punch holes 13 for making the punching edges 7 go in and out and inhibiting pieces 14 are closably connected to form a punch mounting part, and a scrap receiver is mounted further below. In a multifunctional punch-stapler of such constitution, an index part 16 is formed at the upper face center part of the punch base 12, and indicating parts 17 are formed in inner positions about 28-5 mm from the center of the punch holes 13, 13. A paper guide is mounted below the punch base 12.
