Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt an internal assembly structure of a molded case circuit breaker and an earth leakage breaker to automatic assembling by introduction of robots.
SOLUTION: A contact switching mechanism unit 50 assembled by mutually coupling a movable contact 5, a handle 19, a latch 22 and a switching spring 33, and a trip device assembly unit 60 structured by integrally assembling a trip bar composed by connecting an overcurrent trip device 10 of each pole to a trip device and a latch receiver in a common unit case 32 are assembled, and each unit is individually inserted from the upper part in a designated position to a case 1 of a molded container, and each unit is pressed down from the upper part by a cover covering the case at the final assembling process to hold it at a fixed position.
