Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device and electronic equipment that can suppress detection variation of chopping current.SOLUTION: A circuit device 200 has a bridge circuit 210 comprising high-side transistors Q1, Q2 and low-side transistors Q3, Q4, a controller 240 for performing ON/OFF control of the high-side transistors Q1, Q2 and the low-side transistors Q3, Q4, and a detection circuit for detecting whether a charge current Id during a charge period where the output current of the bridge circuit 210 is increased reaches a set value or not. The controller 240 has a counter 245 for counting the charge period on the basis of charge period information, and performs the ON/OFF control on the basis of a detection result from the detection circuit 220 in a normal operation mode while performing the ON/OFF control on the basis of an output from the counter 245 in an autonomous mode.
