Abstract:
To swiftly discharge electric charges stored in an electronic circuit when power supply is stopped.
When power supply to an electronic circuit 31 is stopped, a pnp transistor Q1 is caused to transition from off state to on state. While the pnp transistor Q1 is on, an npn transistor Q2 passes electric charges remaining in the electronic circuit 31 through a potential reference point via a resistor R1 for discharge. The invention is applicable to, for example, a discharge circuit that is an electronic circuit which operates on power supplied from DC power supply and from which remaining electric charges must be discharged when power supply is stopped.
