Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a supplied voltage to a load constant at all times, even if a load current fluctuates widely.
SOLUTION: A reverse flow preventing diode 5 and a current-limiting resistor 6 are arranged closer to the side of an external I/O connector/power supply terminal 1 than to a charging controlling transistor 10. Also, a power supply circuit is provided with a constant voltage control circuit 12 and a feedback resistor 13 for monitoring a battery voltage. Because the circuit 12 is provided at the rear stage of the voltage dropping means, such as the diode 5 and resistor 6, the voltage of the battery connecting terminal/power supply terminal 3 can be held constant and stable power supply voltage can be supplied to the radio transmitter (a load), even if the load current of the radio transmitter (a load) connected to the terminal 3 changes widely.
