Title:
CIRCUIT MOUNTING CASE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3203452
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a circuit mounting case where an electronic circuit which operates at low temperatures, especially processes high frequency electrical signals is mounted, wherein the mounting case is high in reproducibility, stable in electromagnetic shielding effect, high enough in airtightness for providing a low-temperature environment, and capable of enabling a housed low- temperature operating electronic circuit to be stable in operating characteristics and easily maintained.
CONSTITUTION: A circuit mounting case 1 where an electronic circuit is housed is composed of a conductive box-shaped case provided with an opening provided at its upside and a lid which covers the opening of the case, wherein the lid is of double-layered structure and composed of an inner lid 4 and an outer lid 2, at least a part of the inner lid 4 is electrically conductive, the inner lid 4 is fixed to the case 1 to electromagnetically shield it, and the outer lid 2 is fixed to the case 1 through the intermediary of a sealing member 3 to keep the case 1 airtight.
