Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular-arc partition runner for securing reliability as a bed material without any increase in weight, enabling manufacture using generalized machine equipment, attaining good work efficiency, facilitating management, minimizing generation of metal chips, which is a problem in material, and enabling safe and ear use as the bed material.
SOLUTION: A slit is provided in the base part, whereby an L-shaped metal plate is machined so that the side plate part is bent like a headband and the base plate part is bent like a circular-arc band at the same time without cutting the side plate part and the base plate part. The two thus made parts are welded to manufacture the circular-arc partition runner.
