Title:
CIRCULATING WARN BATH DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3700269
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a process in which the cleaning capacity of a circuiting bath device is demonstrated immediately after the installation of the device by partitioning an electrolytic cell installed in a circulating water passage into retention chambers on both sides of the electrolytic cell and even numbers of electrolytic chambers which are formed between the retention chambers and arranging electrode plates in each retention chamber and electrolytic cham ber.
SOLUTION: When a pump 4 is energized, bathtub water is pumped up from a suction pipe 5 by a pump 4 to be supplied into a circulating water passage 2. Next, the water flows into the electrolytic chambers 10, 11 of an electrolytic cell, passes through a water passage pipe 14 through filters 12, 13, and is dicharged from a discharge pipe 15 into a bathtub 1 through a heater 16. At the same time, the water flows from the chambers 10, 11 into retention chambers 8, 9 through a diaphragm 7. When an anode is applied to electrode plates 8a, 11a and a cathode is applied to electrode plates 10a, 9a, the bathtub water of the chambers 11, 10 is made acidic and alkaline respectively, and part of soluble organic substances are coagulated and deposited. After that, treated water is filtered by filters 12, 13 and returned to the bathtub 1.
