Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide civil engineering and construction materials which has both the strength and the fluidity applicable for subgrade material, roadbed material, filler material for a caisson, landfill material, banking material and aggregates, etc., allows preventing the outflow of the harmful substance such as heavy metal and allows the efficient utilization of urban refuse and industrial waste, etc., and a producing method and a using method thereof.
SOLUTION: In this civil engineering and construction materials, this producing method and this using method, the materials comprises a granular sulfur solidified material containing sulfur and inorganic materials and has a grain size of ≤44.4 mm stipulated by a JIS standard sieve and the inorganic materials is substancially covered with sulfur.
