PURPOSE: To form a foam having a shape necessary for the field ground by spouting foaming particles of foamable resin, which is preliminarily foamed and aged and is coated with thermoplastic resin, together with hot wind to form a foamed particle lump, and applying external pressure thereto.
CONSTITUTION: Foaming particles 4 of foamable resin, which is preliminarily foamed and aged and is coated with thermoplastic resin, are spouted together with hot air, and a foaming particle lump 7 is formed in a field ground such as a hollow 6. External pressure is applied to the foamed particle lump 7, and a foam 8 having strength necessary for a shape of the field ground is formed. According to the constitution, field work for preliminary foaming and aging, etc. can be obviated.
